Semi Private Training

Semi Private Personal Training or semi private training involves working with a trainer and up to 4 other clients in a session. It’s a hybrid between traditional one-on-one training and small group.

Group Fitness Class

n a typical one-hour class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Teen Fitness

Ages 12-18 group class is designed to keep them moving for 1 hour. This is not just a gym class. We are getting stronger, faster, and possibly better for sport.
